Terms Of Service

1. Parties

Go4Consult, Praça do Poder Local 5 Unit A, 8600-524 Lagos, Portugal. NIF: PT-XXXXXXXXX. These Terms govern all marketing strategy services.

2. Scope of Services

Marketing strategy consulting delivered digitally: go-to-market strategy, brand strategy, content strategy, growth marketing, digital strategy, and marketing analytics. Specific scope defined per accepted proposal.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices in EUR. IVA at 23% per Portuguese tax law. Payment via Stripe or bank transfer. 50% upfront for projects over 500 EUR. Balance due upon delivery of strategy documents.

4. Intellectual Property

Strategy deliverables become client property upon full payment. Our proprietary frameworks, templates, and methodologies remain our exclusive property. We retain the right to reference the engagement (anonymized) in our portfolio.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties maintain strict confidentiality. All competitive intelligence, business data, and strategic recommendations are NDA-protected. We never share client strategies with other clients, even in different industries.

6. Strategy Disclaimer

Marketing strategy informs decisions but does not guarantee specific business outcomes. Results depend on execution quality, market conditions, competitive responses, and factors beyond our control. We guarantee professional methodology and thorough execution.

7. Cancellation

Before work begins: full refund. During project: payment for completed phases. After delivery: no refund.

8. Governing Law

Portuguese law. Courts of Lagos. EU Online Dispute Resolution: ec.europa.eu/odr. Consumer arbitration: Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo do Algarve.

9. Consumer Rights

14-day right of withdrawal per Decreto-Lei 24/2014 (Portuguese consumer law transposing EU Consumer Rights Directive). This right is waived once strategy work commences with express consumer consent.
