Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment

We guarantee professional methodology and thorough execution per industry best practices. If deliverables do not meet the specifications outlined in the accepted proposal, we revise at no additional cost.

2. Before Strategy Work Begins

Full refund within 14 days of payment (Decreto-Lei 24/2014).

3. During the Project

Prorated refund for phases not yet started. Completed phases are non-refundable.

4. After Delivery

No refund for completed and delivered strategy documents. Business outcomes are not grounds for refund as they depend on execution factors.

5. How to Request

Email hello@go4consult.com with subject "Refund Request". Include project name, invoice number, and reason. Response within 2 business days. Approved refunds via Stripe within 5-10 business days.

6. Dispute Resolution

We first offer additional revision at no cost. Persistent disputes: mediation through Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo do Algarve before legal proceedings.
